WE'RE THERE FOR YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

Our implementation approach includes:

  • Pre-installation meeting(s) to discuss client specific requirements
  • Review of special projects such as data conversions, interfaces, state and/or national requirements
  • Fit analysis to determine how the client will utilize the HAS ™ system, and how the system’s functionality can best serve the client’s needs
  • Project Plan reviewed ongoing with client project team for timely implementation
  • Ongoing webinars to provide ‘snapshots’ of progress throughout system setup
  • Final wrap-up and project “sign-off” prior to training & go-live
Data Conversions
RiskQual offers data conversion services as needed with every implementation. Data conversions are offered from client’s existing system if needed. Our conversion services team has completed conversions from many sources and proprietary/competitor systems.

The conversion process is managed throughout the implementation phase and includes:

  • Client data provided for initial review & assessment
  • Mapping of client-specific data elements — creates mapping document to be approved by client
  • Iterations of data loads to test the conversion process
  • Webinars to show “snapshots” of data flow through the HAS system
  • Implementation on client’s Test database for review & verification
  • Sign-off and Cut-off time established for final conversion
Interfaces from Client Master Systems
Interface projects are handled from any client source system such as Patient ADT, Physician Master, Employee Master, Medication Formulary, Equipment/Device Tracking systems. We have live interfaces from many EMR systems to seamlessly provide users with patient demographics during the event entry process. Also from Physician/Credentialing systems and Employee master systems such as Lawson, UltiPro, etc., and from Medication Formulary systems such as Pyxis.

Customer education is a requirement of purchasing HAS™. It is necessary for users to be properly trained on the HAS™ system in order to take full advantage of your technology investment. RiskQual’s educators provide detailed training of the system’s capabilities not only from a technical perspective, but most importantly from a module/business specific perspective.

Our staff’s knowledge of the healthcare industry and particularly risk and quality management functions allow the users to better understand the system’s capabilities and “how” they will best utilize it to meet their data management requirements.

Training Services Include:

  • Onsite hands-on user training at the client’s desired location
  • Classes designed based on module and functionality requirements
  • Training Manuals provided to guide trainees and perform hands-on exercises
  • Standard on-line documentation that is customizable by the client
  • HAS Training Module implemented at client site for ongoing management of new staff orientation/training.
